At this year’s PowerUp, you’ll embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip you with every tool you’ll need to make an impact in your role. Through it all, you’ll gain knowledge, learn new skills, and put it all into practice by solving challenging scenarios with fellow learners.
Each day will feature new opportunities to learn, practice, and compete during our interactive group sessions. You can get the most out of your experience by customizing your journey and taking the classes that best fit your needs!

General Sessions
Kick off PowerUp with our high-energy General Sessions that will provide the foundation you’ll need for the rest of the conference.
Deep Dives
Come in as a novice and leave an expert! Our Deep Dive sessions are designed to provide an immersive learning experience, narrowing in on specific topics to help you gain valuable skills and knowledge.
Gamification
Earn prizes as you learn! Our sessions are designed to keep everyone engaged, but exceptional participation will earn you PowerUp Points! Rack them up throughout to turn in at the Prize Booth for items to take home.
Exploring New Markets
Expand your knowledge and explore new markets. Strengthen your understanding of Alarm.com for Business with a full suite of commercial courses, or explore how to extend your offerings beyond security into the smart solutions customers crave. Whether you’re new to the platform or a seasoned veteran, you’ll walk away with actionable insights to grow your skillset and business.

PowerUp Pursuit

PowerUp Game Show
The PowerUp Game Show is an interactive and entertaining contest where you can test your Alarm.com skills and knowledge. There will be opportunities for everyone in any role to participate. It’s not just about winning, but we’re sure you want to!
Tech Team Challenge
A collaborative contest for our tech-minded attendees! The Tech Team Challenge will flex your technical muscles in a series of tasks created to gauge your learning. Compete with a team of your choosing, or let our PowerUp coaches pair you up.
Re-charge in our Energize Room during Flex Time. There will be space to sit down, refresh, power up your phones or tablets, and interact with the Alarm.com team. The Energize room will also house a variety of activities to keep the learning going and the opportunity to redeem your hard-earned PowerUp points.
Flex Time Passport
Explore what PowerUp has to offer outside of the classroom through our Flex Time passport. Complete tasks, collect stamps, and earn points while engaging with our Energize Room activities.
Demo Experience
Engage with a selection of our products and features. Packed with information and interactive elements, the Demo Experience will be set up to give you a close-up view of Alarm.com in action.
Insight Booths
Our experts are ready to give you personalized guidance on Alarm.com products, tools, and services. Book time with them at our Insight Booths for an individual meeting to address specific concerns or gain tailored insight.
Prize Booth
