What to expect
At this year’s PowerUp, you’ll embark on a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip you with every tool you’ll need to make an impact in your role. Through it all, you’ll gain knowledge, learn new skills, and put it all into practice by solving challenging scenarios with fellow learners.
Each day will feature new opportunities to learn, practice, and compete during our interactive group sessions. You can get the most out of your experience by customizing your journey and taking the classes that best fit your needs!
Inside the Classroom
General Sessions – Kick off PowerUp with our high-energy General Sessions that will provide the foundation you’ll need for the rest of the conference.
Deep Dives – Come in as a novice and leave an expert! Our Deep Dive sessions are designed to provide an immersive learning experience, narrowing in on specific topics to help you gain valuable skills and knowledge.
Team Competition – We’ll be rounding out PowerUp with our team competition! Join a team and put all your knowledge and skills together to design, install, configure, and troubleshoot a “new customer” system.
Explore New Markets – Expand your knowledge and explore new markets with our full suite of Alarm.com for Business courses. Whether you’re new to the platform or a seasoned veteran, you’ll walk away with actionable insights to grow your skillset and business.
Outside the Classroom
PowerUp Points – Earn PowerUp points by participating in class, completing the event passport, competing in the team challenge, and even earn at the Partner Reception. The more engaged you are, the more points you earn! Cash out any time at the prize counter in the Energize Room.
Energize Room – Get recharged in our Energize Room! Take a moment to sit down, refresh, power up your phones or tablets, and interact with the Alarm.com team. The Energize Room will serve as the “hub” for flex time, with a variety of activities to keep the learning going and the opportunity to redeem your hard-earned PowerUp points for Alarm.com prizes.
Flex Time – Flex time is your time! Take a break in our Energize Room, meet with an Alarm.com expert, master the Escape Room, check out our demo experience, or cash in your PowerUp points for prizes.
Passport – Explore what PowerUp has to offer outside of the classroom through our Flex Time passport. Complete tasks, collect stamps, and earn points while engaging with our Energize Room activities.
